Agent: Our merchant has tried out your products, the Lottery App and Discount Scheduler in Clover. He was never intended to use them after the tryout. He uninstalled the apps several weeks ago from the Clover station; however, your subscription is still active and charging to the customer.
Could you cancel, please?
