Merchant: I have installed the Screen Capture App on to a Clover Mini (2nd Gen).  I have entered a valid email address and started the service.  I get the icon. Press to capture screen.  But I never receive an email.  Do you have any trouble shooting tips?

CSI Works Support: There’s a minor step after the screenshot is taken that you need to click back button on clover after which you will see a toast message saying screenshot sent.

Merchant: Thank you for the response.  I had watched the video but must have missed the back button instruction.

I am getting a response now.  But it is an error message “There was an error sending screenshot.  Please check internet connection and try again”.  The device is connected to WiFi.

I will have to check with our Network Infrastructure Team to see if there some restriction that is causing this.
