When merchants select an item, which is set as per unit, the Easy Weigh scale will engage and whatever weight is placed on the scale is passed on to the Register App.
Merchants have the ability to find documentation, software, manuals, user guides and scale button templates on the Easy Weigh Scale app for any listed scale model. All these things are emailed to merchants from the device.

This app gives retailers the ability to manage their Easy Weigh Scale equipment right from their Clover devices

Once you install the app on your clover hardware, you can open the app and answer a few questions while the app complets the setup for you.

Example Business Scenario 1:

Merchants can use their Clover device to manage their label printing scale. After downloading the app, merchants can add all existing scales to their device by selecting the models and giving the name for their scale. Next, the merchant is going to assign items they intend to setup on each scale by going into the scale they setup on Clover, selecting inventory items to setup on the scale, and then merchants can email the excel spreadsheet to themselves to export the csv file importable into the scale. Also, merchants can indicate which label format is used on each scale model they have and the total qty of labels in stock. Therefore, the app will keep track of the label stock and inform the merchant when they are about to run out.

 

Example Business Scenario 2:

A merchant needs to download a user manual and keyboard template for the Easy Weigh scale they have in their store. So, the merchant can use the Easy Weigh Scale for Clover app to find any manual, brochure, template, software, or document about any Easy Weigh scale model.
