A merchant reached out to us because they were having trouble when trying to work the Weight Embedded Barcode Parser app.
The image below shows the problem they were having and they said this is how it would stay after scanning.

That circle is just waiting for the merchant to scan something with either camera or barcode scanner.
We wanted to know what happens when they would click on Scan Barcode (Phone Camera)
We also needed to know if the device he was using had a camera.

The merchant confirmed that, yes it does have a camera and once the camera reads the barcode that circle appears.

We requested a picture of the label they were trying to scan. This way we could set it up on our end and scan their barcode.

The merchant provided this barcode.

We needed to find out how they set up the product in Shopify, what barcode number they gave, and in which field they entered the data.
Merchant:
The merchant provided the settings of the barcode which was helpful.
CSI Works Support:
We were able to setup the barcode using the settings provided, and it appears to work ok.
