I downloaded Customer plus plus from my Clover account.  I have a few questions:

  1. Can I add customers from a desktop or does it have to be from my Flex terminal?
  2. I don’t see an option to edit customer forms from my desktop, is that Flex terminal only?

Yes, the functionality is available only on Clover devices like Flex or other Clover devices. The interface for Web is not for editing.
