• Missing Product Categories and Manufacturers:
  • Your file only contains cigarettes and cigars.
  • Per Scan Data Program requirements, please include all tobacco items you sell from all manufacturers and all product categories in your files.
  • This includes the following:
    • Cigarettes
    • Cigars
    • Smokeless Tobacco (moist, snus, loose leaf, chew, etc.)
    • Electronic cigarettes
    • NMO (Nicotine Modern Oral) / NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) – such as Velo and ZYN
    • RYO and Pipe Tobacco

We’re required to document your written responses to the following questions as a part of the Certification process:

• Do you offer any account promotions (Funded directly by the retailer)?
  • Single promotions?
  • Multi-pack promotions?
  • Bundles (2 or more packs/cans pre-packaged together to be sold as one unit)?

• Do you offer any manufacturer promotions (Funded directly by the manufacturer)?
  • Single promotions?
  • Multi-pack promotions?
  • Bundles (2 or more packs/cans pre-packaged together to be sold as one unit)?
• Do you accept returns?
• Is your system capable of reporting voided transactions/cashier overrides?
