Hi I have two questions:
1. I have multiple 2 for 4 deals. But on different priced products. If that makes sense. So for instance my tea is 2 for 4 but separately cheaper than a bottle of coke. Which is also 2 for 4. So when I had both these discounts in the system I rang up a tea and a coke and it automatically took off .98 from one

2. Is there a video that can explain how to do multiple discounts say for 4 or 5$ but with different product cost and not have the wrong thing trigger when u scan items in. Thank you.

What app would I use for this butcher shop if they sell for example, apples and apples cost $1 each. And if the customer buys 3 pounds of apples then it is $2 for 3 pounds of apples. Do you have an app on clover that automatically calculates this promo on an item on the CLOVER register. It looks like you do but I just want to confirm which app it is and if there is a video on how to do it. Please let me know. Thanks.

We’ve been using Clover POS since 4 months now. As we’re gradually improving our order process and services, we discovered the app ‘Mix & Match Bundle Discounts’ and been using it for few discounts.
However, now we’d like to add ‘Meal Deal’ discount, for example, if someone wants to buy a pizza with fries & drink, they can get it for a less price than buying it individually. We tried integrating this discount but unfortunately we couldn’t really figure out how to do it.

I have installed and activated the Mix and Match bundle app and am using the 30 day free trial.

However, I have set up a bundle discount and made it active, but it just doesn’t seem to work (doesn’t add any discount) to the selected products?

Do I have to activate anything else? Does the free trial not actually allow the discounts to work in real-time? How do I then purchase the proper software?

CSI Works Support:

The app does not require any activation and what you are experiencing has nothing to do with subscription.

I would suggest we troubleshoot how your discounts are setup.

Many thanks for your email. I think I was trying to do something that the app can’t do, but I think I have worked around it. I was trying to set up a mix and match discount that would take any 3 products from a selected range and when 3 products were added to the order it would make the total order price £10.

Is there a way to do this?

CSI Works Support:

We have an update currently pending approval from Clover.

Once that update is approved you’d be able to do what you described.

I’ll keep you posted when we published an update.

3. Do I need to do an update? It was installed before, so will it auto update? The current version on your website states it was updated 29^th July?
