Opted In, Missing or Incorrect Loyalty Promotion Code

 

We are getting this error message for USSTC Loyalty. Can you please advise what to do to fix it?

CSI Works Support:

The error message says that you are either not discounting the loyalty customers on USSTC products or not doing so on all items.

If you have USSTC Discount setup then just edit and make sure you select all USSTC sku’s.

If you don’t have USSTC discounts setup for loyalty do so in customer plus plus app.
