Use Case:

Agent: I have a client that has a weight scale in place and they printed these product codes for us, with PLU numbers. They’re single digits. I know normally they’re 6 digits long that you have to put in the product code section of the Inventory app in Clover. I’m wondering if you’ve ran into this situation before? What do you do to make that work? I had the rep compile a list for me.

Solution Proposition:

CSI Works: By default, the CAS LP-1000 L Label Printing Scale prints price-embedded barcodes, so you’ll need the Variable Price Barcode Parser app. If you export its configured items, the file might show the product codes as just a few digits:
