A merchant needing our help sent the following images. While setting up the labels the merchant realized that some were working and others were not.
This one works fine: the weight and price show correctly
The following scan a weight that does not correspond to the package weight: T Bone 7.7117 lb. Smoked Bacon 93.287 lb.
CSI Works Support:
When our team looked into the issue, all three labels worked.
The difference was that we did put the setting for $99.99 price type.
And one of the items we setup as Variable vs. Per Unit.
