We used your negative tender app for a while. The Clover system did not work for us and we have been getting charged $4.15/mo for several months now.  Can you cancel this app and return part of the money? If not, please just cancel $4.15/month please.

CSI Works Support:

The billing for 3rd Party apps is done by Clover.
We also do not have an ability to uninstall apps for merchants.
To stop billing please uninstall the apps from merchant account. If the hardware is returned, try logging into the Clover dashboard for merchant and uninstall apps that way.
