Customer Plus Plus integrates with CorePOS to support age verification, loyalty programs, and customer assignment during checkout. It enables manufacturer-funded loyalty (Altria and Reynolds) and in-store digital punch card rewards, all triggered directly within CorePOS transactions.
When a merchant issues a reward through Customer Plus Plus, it automatically appears in the customer’s Guardoe app. The app displays the issuing store, tracks reward progress, and shows all available and redeemed offers—creating a fully digital loyalty experience for consumers.
Merchants who subscribe to tobacco scan data service with CSI Works have free access to cloud CRM. The app is used by such merchants for valid Tobacco Scan Data Loyalty Program for Altria and Reynolds.
cloud CRM is completely integrated with customer app by clover. Every customer that exists or is created in customer app will also show up in cloud CRM and vice versa. Customers created in cloud CRM will show up in the customer app. While customer app has a set amount of fields merchants can have for customers, the same customer will have expanded amount of fields or completely customized customer view inside cloud CRM all the while the same customer will sync to native Clover customer.
Once setup in settings available in cloud CRM app merchants can automate customer assignment during transaction. In practice it would look like this: when the customer approaches the cashier and cashier opens register app cloud CRM will open up a dialog asking the cashier to select the customer from the list or create one in order to proceed with the transaction.
When the customer is selected during the checkout process in the register app, the order is associated with the customer as well. So, open orders are marked for certain customers.
Transactions app shows completed transactions, refunds, voids, etc. If customer is assigned during the checkout process then transactions also has customer information.
Interacts with other hardware
Using the built in Clover Camera on any Clover device, merchants can take pictures which can be either customer avatars or additional picture field.
