Merchant: I have installed the Screen Capture App on to a Clover Mini (2nd Gen).  I have entered a valid email address and started the service.  I get the icon. Press to capture screen.  But I never receive an email.  Do you have any trouble shooting tips?

CSI Works Support: There’s a minor step after the screenshot is taken that you need to click back button on clover after which you will see a toast message saying screenshot sent.

Merchant: Thank you for the response.  I had watched the video but must have missed the back button instruction.

I am getting a response now.  But it is an error message “There was an error sending screenshot.  Please check internet connection and try again”.  The device is connected to WiFi.

I will have to check with our Network Infrastructure Team to see if there some restriction that is causing this.

Merchant: I have a quick Question, is there a way to auto adjust the price from the weight scale?  Customer is a weigh and pay for food. So, when the customer puts a plate on the scale and change to a Tin Plate will the scale auto adjust.  (Change from dine in to go).

CSI Works Support: Inventory plus plus primarily was designed to facilitate Tobacco Scan Data program for tobacco merchants on Clover. It also has the EBT Split capability that merchants seem to like to have. Its when items are split during checkout into EBT approved and EBT not approve for convenient checkout. Inventory plus plus does not replace Clover inventory app. It simply works alongside with it. All items show up on both apps.
